Senior / Executive, CRM

1) Senior Executive / Executive, CRM

The job
  • Assist the Brand Management manager in the CRM concept development and the annual plan of CRM activities
  • Support in the implementation of CRM research
  • Regularly liaise with all involved parties to ensure adequate usage of CRM programs and systems
  • Manage the CRM budgets on a regular basis
  • Create reports for tracking purposes
  • Together with Brand Management manager, participate in the development and execution of CRM activities (DM, events, new media etc.) to ensure effective communications in line with VW guidelines
  • Lead the execution and evaluation of various CRM activities, such as customer events, newsletter, loyalty programmes
  • Contact, evaluate, select and manage service providers and agencies accordingly
  • Support the Brand Management manager in the development of the aftersales marketing plan
  • Lead in the implementation of the aftersales marketing activities
  • Design and improve tools for customer information collection, including forms, templates and website layout
  • Drive sales and aftersales department to collect, maintain, analyze and share customer information in the database
  • Coordinate with IT function to perform customer database backup regular to ensure the database safety
  • Respond actively on the customer data request from sales or aftersales department
  • Support the smooth operation of leads management system used by sales team
  • Liaise with service providers to respond to the customization request from sales team
  • Continuously process the leads information to maximize the usage the leads management system, including distributing the leads information to sales team regularly, updating leads status in system, etc
  • Together with Brand Management Manager, participate in the development and execution of integrated communications campaigns (ATL, DM, events, new media, POS etc.) for brand campaigns to ensure effective communications in line with VW guidelines
  • Contact, evaluate, select and manage brand communication media (newspaper, radio, TV Channel, etc) and third party service providers and agencies (Advertisement companies etc)
  • Track and oversee the implementation of brand marketing plan
  • Manage the brand budgets on a regular basis
  • Create reports for tracking purposes
  • Support the execution of sponsoring and collaborating activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Communications with minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in CRM applications and activities
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English language
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of marketing activities & processes
  • Proficiency in database knowledge / skills
  • Valid Class 3 driving license an added advantage

2) Product and Pricing Executive

The job
  • Support Sales Planning Manager in the analysis and prediction for overall passenger car (PC) and Light commercial Vehicles (LCV) market in accordance with VGS medium and long term market development goals
  • Conduct overall market analysis, competitor analysis, product analysis, policy environment analysis, competitor positioning, weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats
  • Based on VGS market development goals, develop and propose medium and long term market strategies and business planning, define market objectives (in terms of sales volume, market shares, product mix, pricing and competitive position, etc)
  • Work together with the Sales Planning Manager to analyze the competitive situation for the introduction of new products
  • Oversee requirements gathering and product specification for both new products and enhanced versions of existing products
  • Manage advanced planning for future product competitiveness and market trend study
  • Monitor the price change and product change of competitors and prepare the periodical price index reports
  • Monitor the model range and interior specification of all competitors
  • Monitor the selling prices and open market values (OMV) for passenger cars in a bi-weekly cycle
  • Formulate the yearly pricing strategy, covering pricing index target, and pricing measures and timing
  • Collect all pricing related information and prepare pricing proposal for the new product
  • Follow the COE bidding results continuously, propose new price and rebate level accordingly
  • Prepare analysis in the form of presentation slides
  • Preparation of important information for the sales team in terms of:
  • New models and new facelifts with their specifications of competitors
  • Strong price fluctuations according to COE bidding results and promotional activities of competitors
  • New products/technologies and their functions
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or Business-related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English language
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Strong team player who is able to work independently
  • Profound knowledge of Sales and Aftersales business in Singapore’s local context automotive market is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred

The job 
  • Ensure all visitors, walk-in prospects and customers are met and greeted promptly
  • Attend to Volkswagen Group Singapore telephone for both the main line and the sales line
  • Maintain entire showroom by ensuring sufficient brochures and magazines
  • Monitor whereabouts of all members of the sales department
  • Monitor and control of test drives, showroom car keys, music, videos and lightings
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above with minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and helpful attitude with exceptional listening skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Chinese or Malay is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • The ability to do shift work, including over weekends and public holidays
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred

4) Parts Assistant / Advisor

The job
  • Issue Parts to Technician according to Volkswagen ETKA over the workshop parts counter
  • Sales of Parts and Accessories over the Parts Retail counter for walk-in customers
  • Sales of Parts and Accessories to NORA customers
  • Receiving of cargoes from Schenker delivery truck
  • Inspection and binning of receipt parts into proper bin location
  • Picking and packing of parts for NORA customers
  • Packing of exchange parts to return to factory
  • Parts warehouse house-keeping
  • Parts administration
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
  • Volkswagen Group experience (ETKA, ELSA) is preferred
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills and customer-service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Technicians

5) Technicians

The job
  • Carry out professional repair and maintenance of automotive technology according to the job order and to achieve optimal customer satisfaction
  • Professional use of special tools, literature and available diagnostic methods
  • Check the all-over condition of customer vehicles
  • Check of product quality and report damage cases according to the guidelines of the HST
  • Ensure self- responsibilities in the best possible work quality in terms of job quality, correctness and punctuality
  • Adhere to workshop-related rules and regulations, cleanliness, tidiness and especially the safety guidelines for prevention of accidents and the assurance of environment protection
  • Requisitions and picking up of vehicle, good and equipment parts from the Parts warehouse to complete work assignments
  • Complete work for each vehicle and unit serviced, listing items replaced and materials used, repair notes and vehicle test results
  • Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Carry out electrical repair according to manufacturer’s standards and guidelines
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum NTC-3 with least 2 years of relevant experience with Volkswagen vehicles or other automotive brands
  • Volkswagen Group experience (ETKA, ELSA) is preferred
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
