ELIGIBILITY:

1. The #15YearsIn15Seconds contest ("Contest") is open to all Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and foreigners residing in Singapore, aged 21 and above, on the Instagram Page of Volkswagen Singapore (@volkswagensg), henceforth referred to as Organiser.

2. Employees and their immediate families of the Organizer, its tenants, tenants' employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, suppliers, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in the contest.

3. A potential contestant or winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth.

4. To be eligible to win, participants shall:

   1. For entries on Facebook
      
      a  Follow Volkswagen Singapore Facebook Page
      
      b  Like and share the post
      
      c  Post a photo or video of your favourite VW moment in the comments below with #VolkswagenSG15

   2. For entries on Instagram
      
      a  Follow Volkswagen Singapore Instagram Page
      
      b  Like the post
      
      c  Post on their Instagram account and tag @volkswagensg and #VolkswagenSG15 with a photo       or video of their Volkswagen

5. Each individual is only allowed one entry.

6. By entering the contest, the participants agree to comply with these rules and regulations.

WINNER'S PRIZE:

1. Five (5) winners will be selected at the end of the contest period. Winners will be selected by Volkswagen Singapore and announced on Volkswagen SG Instagram profile.

2. Each winner of the contest will be awarded with one unit of Volkswagen GTI In-Ear Headset. Volkswagen Singapore reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

3. Winners will be picked at the judges' discretion. The decision of Volkswagen Singapore is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. Winners will be notified through Volkswagen Singapore Instagram page. Winners have to send a private message using the Instagram Chat function to VolkswagenSG with their full name (as per NRIC) and contact number within a week from announcement to arrange for collection, failing which, the entry will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected. Your personal data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

5. Prize must be redeemed by 31 May 2022 in person, failing which the prize will be forfeited.

6. All prizes won must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.

7. Volkswagen Singapore will not be liable or bear for the warranty of the prizes

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The contest will run from 22 April to 4 May 2022.

2. Registration and submission of entries implies automatic acceptance of all rules and regulations of the contest. In the event of dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Singapore shall be final.

3. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

4. Volkswagen Singapore reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or violated the rules.

5. By submitting your contest entry, you give consent to Volkswagen Singapore to reproduce and distribute your contest entry submission for promotional purposes in broadcast, print and or other media determined by Volkswagen at their sole discretion. You agree that the Volkswagen owns all rights, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by Volkswagen using or incorporating your contest entry submission.

6. Neither participants nor winners shall receive any compensation or credit for use of entries. 

7. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified Instagram, and/or e-mail, account.

8. If for any reason, all or part of the contest is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, action of participants, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Volkswagen Singapore, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Volkswagen reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry or participant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest (in whole or in part) and/or award the prize(s) from among all eligible entries received as of the date of the termination, as Volkswagen determines in their sole discretion.

9. This contest shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
