Ever since the Golf was created, it has been defining its class. The Golf GTI has

With its striking appearance and sporty charm, the Golf GTI makes a bold statement.
A key design highlight is the large air intake grille in the signature GTI
honeycomb pattern, which integrates the fog lights in the form of an 'X'. In
addition, the black applique grille framing with an eye-catching wing-inspired
design along the sides gives it a streamlined look - creating a smooth form that
captivates the senses.
The LED headlights feature a singular signature style, with integrated daytime
running lights that improve visibility on the roads. From behind, the distinctive
tail light clusters and reflective strips add the perfect finishing touch to the
lighting design.
Interior
The Golf GTI showcases Volkswagen's quality interior design at its finest.
As soon as you ease into the GTI sports seats you'll notice that thanks to the the
new innovative design, there are far fewer buttons to navigate on the dashboard.
The ambient lighting package illuminates the interior from a selection of 30
colours.
Whether it is making a call while driving, getting current traffic information,
wanting to reach your destination using Wireless App-Connect® or listening to your
music playlist, the Golf GTI offers various possibilities using modern technology,
and in an uncomplicated way.
With ambient lighting, superb sports seats, beautiful sporty interior trimming, and
a sports steering wheel, the Golf GTI is sporting yet invitingly comfortable.
The Golf GTI features 5 modes of ambient lighting, plus an individual mode with 30
colours of adjustable intensity to ensure an impressive and unique feeling of

make every journey a breeze. It comes with advanced electronic differential lock
linked to a sophisticated Electronic Stabilisation Control (ESC) system.

by alerting you when another vehicle may be hiding in your blind spots and helping
counter-steer when necessary.
You can't always see what might be crossing behind you when reversing out of a
parking spot or backing out of a driveway. It can help monitor what's behind,
alerting you when cars and motorcycles that could cause a collision are detected
and helping hit the brakes before it's too late.

The modern engine technology in the Golf GTI is characterised by economy, high
torque and power. It is exactly right for you if you like driving and drive a lot,
but still want to keep your consumption down.
The Golf GTI's powerplant delivers smooth and punchy 245PS performance for your
driving pleasure. 370Nm of torque comes at a low 1,600rpm for immediate response
and excellent mid range power.
Do you prefer to drive economically or in a sportier style? With the Vehicle
Dynamics Manager, you can adjust the way your car drives to match your personal
driving style and the current road and traffic conditions. This in combination with
the DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) you can setup your GTI just the way you want
it.
Our new front differential lock for the Golf GTI lets you transfer all the 245PS
onto to the tarmac efficiently and without power loss at all times. It also helps
to grip the tarmac when cornering fast, improving the response of the car to ensure
an even safer sportier drive.
The GTI with its superior aerodynamic styling and engineering offers excellent
combined fuel consumption of 7.0l/100km.
