Terms and conditions
1. The Volkswagen tyre promotion with lucky draw is only valid for Volkswagen customers from 1 November 2022 to 31 March 2023.
2. The promotion and lucky draw are only valid for Pirelli branded tyres purchased with Volkswagen Singapore.
3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, the Participants must agree to participate in the Lucky Draw and submit completed lucky draw forms into the designated contest form collection box provided at Volkswagen Singapore before 1 April 2023.
4. Each Entry submitted by a Participant should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein before the Entry shall be deemed eligible for the Lucky Draw. Participant should provide a valid name, Singapore registered mobile number, last 4 characters of IC and vehicle registration number. Invalid or incomplete Entries will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
5. By providing the information required for the Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees and consents to Volkswagen Group Singapore, as well as their respective representatives and partners collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves his personal data, and disclosing such personal data to the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties, to administer the Lucky Draw.
6. The purchase of two (2) tyres in a single invoice entitles to one (1) chance of the lucky draw and wheel alignment at $50.
7. The purchase of four (4) tyres in a single invoice entitles to two (2) chance of the lucky draw and free wheel alignment.
8. The lucky draw gives the participants the chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:
a. 1st Prize $2,088 Service Credit
b. 2nd Prize $1,688 Service Credit
c. 3rd Prize $1,488 Service Credit
d. 4th Prize $1,088 Service Credit
e. 5th Prize $888 Service Credit
f. 6th Prize $688 Service Credit

9. The lucky draw will be held on 5 April 2023 at Volkswagen Singapore at 247 Alexandra Road, Singapore 159934.
10. The fifty (50) winners will be contacted by 30 April 2023.
11. The lucky draw prizes in this promotion are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, or other kinds of credits, services or for any other products.
12. Any contest form and/or invoices that are damaged, defaced and/or tampered with in any manner will be deemed void and will not be entitled to the winning prizes.
13. Any contest form with illegible handwriting, missing information, incorrect information filled in, and/or the winners cannot be contacted by 30 April 2023 will be deemed to have forfeited the winning prizes.
14. All winning prizes (service credits) will be credited under the vehicle registered number by 31 May 2023.
15. By taking up the promotion and participating in the lucky draw, you have fully agreed to the terms and conditions of this promotion and lucky draw.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
17. In the event of any dispute, Volkswagen Singapore's decision is final.
18. Volkswagen Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
