Volkswagen Singapore guarantees that all regular servicing appointments will be made within two working days upon phone confirmation. So, if you call us on a Monday, you will get an appointment by Wednesday! Of course, this is assuming no Public Holidays in between.
If we fail to deliver on our promise, we will arrange to pick up your car for
servicing and deliver it to your doorstep upon completion.
For owners visiting Volkswagen Service Centre for the first
time
Please bring along your vehicle log card for vehicle and
customer profile registration.
For all owners
Please bring your spare key in case it is
needed for reprogramming and updates.

Applicable for regular scheduled servicing jobs only. Re-appointment needed for additional jobs.

Applicable at Volkswagen Centre Singapore (Alexandra). Operating hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Lead time for servicing appointment is 2 working days, excluding the day of request.

If Volkswagen fails to deliver the promise, the customer will receive a complimentary vehicle pick-up and delivery service.

Punctuality is required.

Management reserves the right to change/amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
