Terms & Conditions - Premium Oil Change Service

1. Applicable only to Volkswagen vehicles aged five (5) years and above.
2. Exclusively for vehicles five (5) years old and above.
3. The package is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
4. The package is non-transferable to a different vehicle or owner, and non-refundable.
5. Each package can only be redeemed at Volkswagen Group Singapore service centre.
6. This Oil Change Service Only Package should not be used as a substitute for the vehicle’s regular servicing schedule.
7. Volkswagen Centre Singapore reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this promotion.

Terms & Conditions - Express Oil Change 90-Minute

1. The 90-minute turnaround applies to the $399 Express Oil Change promotion only.
2. The service duration is measured from the time the vehicle is checked in and handed over to the Service Advisor.
3. Express service is available by appointment and subject to workshop capacity.
4. The promotion applies only to standard oil change service with oil filter replacement. Additional repairs, diagnostics, or additional maintenance items are not included in the timeframe.
5. Optional free car wash is not included in the 90-minute turnaround service timeframe.
6. If additional work is identified during the service, the 90-minute turnaround may no longer apply, and customers will be advised by the Service Advisor.
7. Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment to qualify for the express turnaround.
8. Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
9. Volkswagen Group Singapore has the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this rewards programme.
