3 Lifetime Services Benefit Terms & Conditions
- Volkswagen, Skoda, and Cupra vehicles registered from 9 May 2026 onwards may include additional complimentary aftersales products such as car washes, tyre rotation and balancing, and pre-LTA inspection checks, valid for up to 10 years. Granted aftersales products are listed in the vehicle sales agreement.
- This promotion is non-transferable to another owner or vehicle and non-exchangeable to other products.
- Tyre rotation and balancing services are limited to once per vehicle year, for up to 10 years for ICE vehicles. For BEV vehicles, a visual tyre condition and air pressure check will be provided.
- The service “car wash” includes interior vacuum service and it is limited to once per month, for up to 10 years of the vehicle. It is recommended to send vehicles during off-peak hours between 9 am and 4 pm; otherwise, longer waiting times may be expected. Any car wash provided during a servicing visit will be considered as the monthly entitlement, and no additional redemption will be allowed for that month.
- Pre-LTA inspection checks are limited to once at the vehicle’s 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 10th year.
- The above-mentioned offers will be issued in the form of digital vouchers via Volkswagen Life, Skoda Smart, and Cupra SG app in a timely manner. It is mandatory to download the app to view and redeem the vouchers.
- No replacement will be provided once the voucher(s) have expired.
- Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this promotion.
