Home Charging
There are several ways to charge an electric vehicle. The most common and convenient method for a home owner is charging using a wallbox. Most often, wallboxes are AC charging stations (alternating current) that can charge up to 11 kW for the current generation of Volkswagen vehicles.
Mobile Charging
The second method is providing a mobile charging solution in the form of a cooperation with P-UP. Mobile DC charging (direct current) between 60kW and 120 kW will be provided via App based on demand and to your most convenient location. The charging session will last less than an one hour. This serves as a perfect solution for those who do not possess a permanently-installed charging station, either at home or at work.
Public Charging Station
The third method is charging at charging stations in collaboration with our partners, which can be found at various locations such as public parking lots, shopping centres or petrol stations. In addition to slow chargers (the AC charging stations), fast charging stations or DC charging stations (direct current) are utilised as well.
Cooperate and Fleet Solutions
For cooperate and fleet customers, we are offering DC fast charging solutions (direct current) of up to 120 kW. These solutions are typically deployed in larger car park compounds or industrial estates.

A wallbox serves as a charging station for electric vehicles, mounted either on a wall or a pedestal.
Wallboxes come in various types, distinguished by performance features and pricing. Some models charge vehicles with 7.4kW other with 11 kW.
Additionally, it's crucial to determine whether the wallbox will be publicly accessible or restricted to private use, as this affects compliance with Technical Reference TR 25:2022, which is the national EV charging standard that sets out technical safety requirements for EV chargers in Singapore.
The advantages of wallboxes for electromobility are numerous. Primarily, they provide a convenient and easy way to charge electric vehicles at home, eliminating the need to rely on public charging stations.
