Motoren
TDI-Motoren sind Dieselmotoren mit Turboaufladung und Kraftstoffdirekteinspritzung
mit Common-Rail-Technologie. Sie zeichnen sich durch Sparsamkeit, hohe
Durchzugskraft und sehr hohe Leistung aus. Sie sind außerdem besonders geräuscharm
im Betrieb und unterstützen dank des hohen Drehmoments auch eine sportliche
Fahrweise.
Der stärkste TDI-Motor verbirgt sich unter der Haube des Golf GTD Variant, der es
auf eine beeindruckende Leistung von 135 kW (184 PS) bringt - imponierend
unterstrichen durch ein Drehmoment von 380 Nm.
TSI-Benzinmotoren überzeugen durch Leistung und Sparsamkeit. Schon bei niedrigen
Drehzahlen profitieren Sie vom maximalen Drehmoment. Die Aggregate ermöglichen mit
ihrer Kombination aus geringem Hubraum, Turboaufladung und Direkteinspritzung eine
sehr gleichmäßige Kraftentfaltung. Dafür wird die Downsizing-Technik verwendet:
Hier erzeugen die Triebwerke trotz vergleichsweise kleinem Hubraum eine hohe
Leistung.
Der TGI-Motor ist sowohl für den Betrieb mit kostengünstigem Erdgas als auch mit
Benzin ausgelegt. Sind beide Tanks gefüllt, können Sie Strecken mit einer
beeindruckenden Gesamtreichweite bis zu 1.300 km fahren. Damit der Kofferraum
uneingeschränkt erhalten bleibt, ist der Erdgastank als platzsparende
Unterflurlösung ausgelegt.
